Thanks for the amazing tool! It definitely gave the website an instant upgrade as soon as I got it right.

The first time I used it, both of the scrolling effect and this feature were disappeared. Elementor support then put scroll feature back.

This time it worked for a few days, but as I was adjusting the padding/margin for a mobile/tablet. My website looked broken and on the frontend -“it looks like there are two headers”.

A half an hour or so, it seemed to work again but I realized that while the header remains transparent when scrolling, the header image is positioned “below” the menu. (Usually it is beneath the menu when the transparent is turned on)

It’s when I realized that sticky effect header is disappeared again from my elementor.

    My website is howtolookpretty.com

It will be great if you can please take a look! Thanks again!

The Sticky Header Effects options won’t show up if the section width is set to “stretch”. Maybe that will help while I look into this further. Sorry to hear you are having problems. Hopefully we can fix this quickly. Thanks

    Thannks so much, Robert!

That’s right it helped! The sticky header came back after I turn off “stretch”. However, the image below the header didn’t go back to the previous position. Let me explain- 😀

When sticky header was working –
The image below menu (the woman with the baby) is right underneath the menu= menu is on top/overlapping with the image.

When sticky header was disappeared (as I stretched the section) –
The image below menu is automatically set below the menu. So no overlapping.

Now, the sticky header is reappeared-
The image below the menu is still below the menu. If I want the menu overlapping the image, I need to set margin as -100 so it will look the same as it did.

I am not sure if it’s cache issue but I do spend hours on adjusting margin and padding to make it right when the sticky head tool is enabled.

It will be much appreciated if you can please share what your default setting is and if I should make margin -100 this time so the image and menu will be overlapping

    Hi, Robert!

Please disregard the last question! The top image is at the previous position now.

However, I also realized that there is no way for me to move the image (right below the menu) actually below the menu. so no overlapping.

So if I don’t want the menu to overlap the image what can I do?

    — What I have tried –
i set the margin as well as padding of the image section from 140 to 400. It may look that it’s way below the menu but it will always have some overlapping with the menu.

Your insights on how to get it done right will be much appreciated.
