    Hello,

    I have been working on a pre-existing website, attempting to clean it up a bit and add some more content. I have no knowledge of HTML or CSS but I've been getting by looking at examples and copying and pasting them. Recently I've noticed that every time I look at the website with a small window, my top menu slides down and everything is out of sync. Anybody have any ideas as to how I could fix this?

    start by checking the validity of the generated html and CSS;

    possibly try using a browser inspection tool (such as Firebug) to find out how the menu is formatted in the narrower browsers.

    please post a live link to your site to illustrate the problem; without the live link, nobody will be able to help with formatting issues.

    thanks for posting a link;
    however, this forum is unable to help with your problem as you are using a commercial theme.
    please contact your theme's developer for support;

    Aah, I didn't think the issue had to do with the theme. Unfortunately I do not have access to the theme serial # because of the agreement that was signed with the web developer who started the site, so I can't access their forums
