    Hi there
I have used the smush plug in with lazy loader and now my images on my website are slow to load. I have completed the image compression exercise. Do I now need to isolate the images that are slow and compress these? If so how do I do this? Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @stillroom,

I just checked the website but wasn’t able to notice any issues with the website nor the images loading slow. Should we check any specific page where you are noticing the issue?

Running bulk smush should be enough to ensure all the thumbnail images uploaded in the Media Library are optimized.

I’m afraid, we’ll need more details on what exact issue you are facing in order to better stated what could be suggested.

I ran the page in Google Page Speed and could notice there are further improvements that could be performed. You can resize the images according to the content width and upload images in WebP format to further optimize them.

Please check the following article on how to resize the images:

Please check and advise if I’m missing out on anything. Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

We haven’t heard from you for a while now, so it looks like you don’t have more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
