She noticed that there was a banner that said WordPress needed to be updated, so she said Update Now. Then she noticed a banner that said “something about updating the database”, and clicked to do it now. * Now our website seems to be gone. I wish I had ANY more information about what sort of database needed updating or anything else. I wish I had a backup. * I can see everything on the back end through my WordPress Dashboard, but on the front end it’s just a big blank white page. But if you have new WooCommerce order, maybe there are some problems for your customer, maybe you need check your account for ensure there are no new order.
