Website goes blank after account registration

    Hello there.

    I am having some trouble and wondering if you could help me on this?

    I just installed the latest WooCommerce version and whenever I do a test registration the complete website goes blank afterwards. The same happens after I did a a test purchase with account registration. Then it redirects me to the account and it seems ok. But once I log out the site goes blank.

    My site is http://www.kaluzamusic.com

    I have German selected for my site and so are the links.

    Warenkorb = Shopping Basket – http://www.kaluzamusic.com/warenkorb/
    Kasse = Checkout – http://www.kaluzamusic.com/kasse/
    Kundenkonto = Account – http://www.kaluzamusic.com/kundenkonto/

    I am a complete novice, so please forgive me, when I ask stupid question. But any help is very much appreciated. 🙂

    Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?

    Might also be worthwhile resaving your permalinks as found under **Settings > Permalinks**.

    Hello Riaan,

    thank you very much for your tip. It was the “Spam Protection by CleanTalk” which caused the blank site. To be precise when enabling the setting “Forms to protect” => “Registration Forms”.

    I’m from ClenTalk support team.
    I have checked 5.55 and 5.56 version of our plugin and all seems fine.
    I wasn’t able test it on your website. I found a strange situation with your website when i try to access it browser redirects me to https://www.google.ru/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=Df2BWOn-O8KBYO6apJgH&gws_rd=ssl
    I also couldn’t connect to the website by using IP address.

    This could be connected with your problem. Could you check it?

    Hello Safronik,

    thanks for getting getting back so quick. I have uninstalled the plugin for now which might be the reason that it was fine for you. I can re-install it and I would like to tbh cause I liked the plugin.

    What you mean exactly with the redirecting. The site is working on my end in IE, Chrome and Firefox.
