 * For whatever reason it doesn’t seem like the software is logging all registrations.
   There was one that came in that i want to tag as spam but isn’t showing up. Some
   forms show up but this one didn’t.

 * I’ve tested your contact form and it seems that field “email” isn’t sent to CleanTalk.
   It causes missed spam.
 * To make the anti-spam protection stronger, please, do the following:
 *  Go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced
   settings —>
    —> set the option “Check custom contact form” to “On” —> —> set 
   the option “Check internal forms” to “On” —> Save Changes.
