# website fall down

 * We made a server migration and specifically the site [http://elmundodelosninos.com](http://elmundodelosninos.com)
   after migration fall down, get a blank screen and in the upper left corner is
   a short message saying Access Denied .
 * After this one is going to the server, delete everything in the public_html and
   reset again.
 * What can be causing this fall? incompatibility of php on the server? this did
   not happen in the previous server.

 * It is probably an ownership or permissions issue, especially since you’re migrating
   from an old account to a new account. Tara is right, contact your hosting provider
   about this and they can fix it for you (it’s a simple fix to do). We’ve seen 
   and fix this for many of our customers, so it’s definitely not a complex issue.

 * Thank you Tara and Tim.vodien for your quick answer, i will contact my hosting
   provider, but the strange thing here we migrate like 20 sites, and this is the
   only one that gives us problems.
