    Thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like you’ve edited theme files at a code level. There is no problem doing that but it should be done within a child theme. All WordPress themes completely overwrite their own folder during theme updates. This means all your changes would be lost if we released an update for Ultra and you ran that update without first using a child theme.

    I’ve had a good look at your site and haven’t yet found the problem that’s causing the horizontal scroll bar. It’s very likely it’s linked to theme edits that have been made.

    I suggest moving your changes over to a child theme, that’ll isolate them and allow us to better diagnose the scroll bar issue. If you’d like help making the move over to a child theme, please, ZIP your theme folder and upload it to the Media Library once done. Send me the link so I can download it. You can access your theme folder from /wp-content/themes/ using FTP or Hosting File Manager.
