The reason because I am using WordPress is because I don’t how to program or do any related task. I don’t feel capable of modifying the source code of my site, and it doesn’t look as simple as just connecting via FTP and deleting the plugin. * I would appreciate further help. An address and some login credentials are all you need. * An FTP client like Filezillla is simply an old fashioned two panel file manager. In one panel is a local directory and in the other a remote one. If you follow the instructions in the link provided by Evan, you’ll end up visiting your site via FTP. Once there, navigate to wp-content/plugins and rename or delete the problematic one. * This may be outside your current comfort zone but it’s really easy and a skill vital to understand if you’re managing any website.
