Thank you so much philipt, you saved me a lot of time! ^^

I have someone else who created my website and he has made it unbelievably complicated to use. I was trying to fix something on it last night since he is never available for the job I paid him an unbelievable amount for. I was either trying to switch myself to admin or something like this. I’m not sure where I went wrong but now I cannot not access my website.

Is there anyway I can get in and fix it without him because this is how I survive.

Possibly, but you need to start a new thread per the forum guidelines. – this on is outdated and already marked resolved. You also need to post a link to your site.

We can’t help with custom-built themes, if you need support regarding your custom theme then I think you need to hire a professional.

Otherwise switch to a theme available on for support on these forums.
