 * Hi my website has gone down, can’t get into the back end or anything so can’t
   fix anything.Rang the hosting but they said it was a problem with the website
   itself.

 * The error ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED means your site is saying that the pages
   are compressed but they’re not (or not properly compressed).
 * Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes.
   If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your
   troubles.
