 * Dear supporters,
 * Yesterday I figured out that my website went down when a member couldn’t see 
   the webpage. Today i tried to use a back-up to get it back, but it is “resetting
   my files” for hours now. THis can’t be right is can it?
 * Can someone please help me with this. I have no idea where to start.
