Website doesnt stop auto-refreshing

I’ve built this site using a theme called WP Pro Real Estate 6. Im using a mac to view my site. Basically, when I run the website logged into wordpress admin, everything works just fine. However, when I log out and try viewing my site, it just keeps refreshing and never loads up. I use chrome and safari to test the site and the problem is consistent on both sites.

please advise.

I’ve reinstalled wp 3 times and the theme itself a few more and the problem comes back everytime.
