# Website doesn’t open: error

 * I need help getting access to my website. The site will not open. It shows a 
   blank page with the word “error” on top left.

 * Hello, I have exactly the same problem. My site doesn’t open after i tried to
   upload a picture through mobile app into my website. I can’t either open the 
   dashboard on my computer with canoetoronto.com/admin.
 * Please help, what should I do? Thank you.
