Website doesn't load beyond the "infinte loading symbol"

    Hello.
    my website http://theiteckhq.com loads just fine when I am signed in into my wordpress dashboard, however when I log out or try loading the site up from a different device (computer & mobile) or different browser, the site gets stuck at the “loading symbol”. Please help!

    Can you disable your caching plugin? See if that is causing your issue.

    Hello! I disabled the caching plugin which is Total Cache, but still it is getting stuck at the loading symbol! 🙁 Any other idea?

    Hi,

    Currently, you don’t have Zerif activated on you website. Can you please activate it so that we can investigate the issue?

    Hello Alexandra,
    So I noticed something. I updated wordpress to 4.3 (latest) and activated the theme. The theme does load, however, the the front layout of the home page is all messed up. Regardless, when I deactivate my caching plugin (W3 Total Cache), it gets stuck at the loading symbol, and when I activate the plugin, the website load, but again with the homepage layout messed up! 🙁

    Hello,

    Are you using other plugins? Try to deactivate all of them and see if any of those is causing the issue.
