Website disappearing act?

Tried to show someone my website the other day (www.flannelandbeard.com) and got a white screen with the following text on it:

This is the case on every page on my site, including the login page at http://www.flannelandbeard.com/wp-login

I checked with my web hosting company (Blue Host) and they weren’t sure what the issue was beyond telling me they thought my site was ‘hacked.’ The told me they could install a fresh core, which would get rid of all my plugins and my existing theme…is that the right way to go?

Any other advice? I’m not overly technically savvy, so please be gentle. Haha. Thanks in advance.
