website disappeared

My website disappeared. I have been working on it for 3 months. I was working on it today and while working on it and a pop up came on saying I had timed out, first of all I was working on it at the time and secondly it has never done that before even if it had been sitting. so I thought that was strange. I ended up just getting off because I was leaving work. I came home and, using the same computer tried to sign on again and it just kept coming up with a new user sign in screen. since I couldn’t sign directly into my dashboard I signed into wordpress and there was everything listed. My original blog was there and the new one was listed and when I tried to open it, it said hello world.
