 * I am fairly new to web development to the point i dont even know how to access
   FTP, if anyone can please help me fix my website, that would be very appreciated.
 * The crash happened right after i installed the “Divi” Theme.

 * Your host should be able to give you instructions for configuring an FTP program
   like Filezilla. Check with their support.
