Ask your hosting providers for your FTP (File Transfer Protocol) credentials. Then use file transfer software like FileZilla to gain access to your website’s files.

You can then delete the new theme’s folder name in the /wp-content/themes/ directory.

The good news is that static content is working.

That site is running WordPress 3.1.3 which is dated. If you added a new theme that requires newer code (many do) then that would do it.

Can you remember what the name of the theme you tried was called? If we get the name then we may be able to walk you through using FTP or whatever file management tools your host has provided you with steps to be able to get back in.

Edit: Not surprisingly Andrew beat me to it. 😉

Let us know which folders you have in the /wp-content/themes/ directory.

What folders do you have inside wp-content/themes?
