website crash by autoptimize plugin

    Hello,

    i use autoptimize plugin for months, but suddenly my website crashes and the reason is the autoptimize plugin, i removed these plugin and the problem is solved, but i like these plugin, i want to installed again, does any one have the seem problem and solved the problem? if so please help, if any one have a solution, please help, i’m not website builder, i have not much knowledge, if any one wants to see the source code: click here

    if by “crashes” you mean you get a HTTP 50x error (service unvailable/ interal server error) then this probably is an issue with css optimization due to a theme or plugin update databytes. as per the FAQ you could in that case try switching to the “legacy minifiers”.

    if by “crashed” you mean something else, you’ll have to be more specific (a screenshot might help).

    Thanks for you feedback, the website is showing, but is black/white and no buttons, you can not click to another page, everything is black and white, little gray, i have no screenshot, i can create on if i install the plugin, after 6 hours and the website will crash.

    so it’s probably a CSS issue.

    so if you want to fix this, first step indeed will be to reinstall AO (else there’s nothing we can do). if it ‘crashes’ we’ll have a closer look and we’ll see what the next step is (disable CSS optimization or switch to legacy minifier or exclude some CSS from optimization).

    Hmm, I see you’re also using WPFC’s minification; don’t try combining JS/ CSS/ HTML minifiers, they’re a jealous bunch 🙂

    wp fastest cache 🙂

    you can use that, it’s great, but if you want to use AO you should not activate WPFC’s minification features because they clash with AO’s.

    My website loading time was around 4 sec . With wp fastest cache between 2 and 3 sec, thats great,
    So what you mean is , i can not install autoptimize?

    no; I mean you have to disable WPFC’s JS/ CSS/ HTML minification before using AO (which does JS/ CSS/ HTML minification as well, only … better) 🙂
