    Hi,

    I made a few changes to my website recently which I reviewed on my computer to make sure they were appearing correctly. The day after I couldn’t see these changes anymore when I logged onto my computer but I could see them on my mobile phone. Note I’m using Betheme. As far as I know it doesn’t appear to be a caching issue as I have tried reviewing my site on different browsers etc. I really cannot understand what has happened and how I can fix the issue. Could anyone please help?

    Is that something you installed as a plugin or bundled with your theme? You can learn how to purge/clear the cache via its support channel. Usually there must be setting options somewhere in the admin side that you could manage, so try to look around under theme setting or something indicates performance.

    Thanks so much paulwpxp! WP Rocket was a plugin that I had installed but ended up not using in the end as it was conflicting with another plugin. Would deleting the plugin (it’s not activated) do anything to clear the problem or do you think I should go back to the support desk and ask for help as to how to clear it?

    I would first clear cache for the whole site, because it’s just a few clicks to do so

    and then uninstall the plugin
