Meanwhile everything is fine, as I repaired website with backup files. But still have to deactivate option “optimize css code”…

OK, what happens when you have “optimize CSS” on but “aggregate CSS” off?

strange now it works again, so option “optimize CSS code” and “aggregate CSS” both active…
ah … and how was it broken when you tried before? white page (server error) or unstyled page or partly unstyled page?
could it have been a missing autoptimized CSS file? any page cache around that might have needed purging?
(re. missing autoptimized files; you might want to tick the new “404 fallback” option on the main tab)
