    To test out the free trial I used a temporary email address which I no longer have access too. After making the decision that CleanTalk works well for our needs, we decided to switch the active account over to my main email address and purchase a license.

    However, when we try to “Get access key” manually, we just see the following message:

    An account connected to site **********.com is already exist. Please follow instructions to re-store access to the account.

    There is no way for us to access the email address to reset the password / unlink the temporary email address.

    What we need to do is essentially uninstall the plugin and remove all data that it holds so we can do a fresh install and pay for a license with my genuine email.

    Any help please?
