Website all white since update

    I’ve been running Litespeed Cache with my site for a long time and everything has worked perfectly. However, when I checked this morning my website is completely white and unusable. Each page is the same – there is no content, just a blank white screen. If I deactivate LS Cache the site appears to be working perfectly again. Can anyone advise me as to which settings may have changed on the last update that will have affected my site this way?

    I am using plugin version 3.5.2 and the latest version of WP.

    Hi,

    Could you please try disable HTML minify , purge all , and see how it goes ?

    if that didn’t work out , please try export your current setting , reset to default setting and see how it goes

    Hi – thank you for replying to me.

    “Could you please try disable HTML minify , purge all” – I did this but the problem still existed.

    I then exported my current settings and reset the plugin to its default settings and that does appear to have fixed the problem 🙂 I haven’t fully tested the site but everything does now seem to be working OK.

    that probably means one of the options caused trouble.

    If you can narrow down which one , we can further investigate it.
