FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the index.html file in the root folder.
Thanks for your support esmi! I log in the FTP (of domain.com) and did not found the file anywhere. If I get into ( http://www.napollionis.com/index.html ) I can see the theme but it says that the page can not be found.
How on earth do you “go into” http://www.napollionis.com/index.html? That’s a file – not a folder.
Sorry, first time doing this… I meant writing the address like that in the browser instead of just “napollionis.com” I can see the theme.
I think you need to have a word with your hosts about this. Your WordPress site should show up if you just use http://www.napollionis.com/
I just have a response from domain.com support:
“I have corrected the issue with your domain pointer. The domain was set to
‘Parked’. I changed it to point to the sub-directory where your WordPress was
installed. Now your site is now showing properly.”
This have resolved the issue;
Thanks!
