Hi @prodograw
This is Ioanna from Imagify, and I’ll gladly assist you here!
Can you please send us your website URL so we can check it further?
Are you able to see the WebP version of your images? You can check that if you append .webp at the end of the image URL.
If you are using rewrite rules to display your WebP images can you make sure the correct rewrite rules have been added to your .htaccess file?
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Ioanna

Yes can access webp image directly
imagify added the htaccess rewrite
Hi @prodograw
Thank you for the updates!
I have checked your website and it looks that most of your WebP images are displaying correctly. Please see the following screenshot https://paste.pics/EKFHF
However, some of them are not displaying in WebP and that has to do with the fact that they don’t have a WebP version. Like the following:

You will have to find those images on your Media Library(List View) and try to reoptimize them so the WebP version can be created.
Just for your information in case you missed that, the way to check if your WebP images are displayed correctly on your site when using rewrite rules is to open your developer tools, refresh your page, then click the “Network” tab.
You can then filter requests so only images are displayed by clicking the “Img” tab.
Look for the “Type” column, and it should be WebP if that is the format the image is served in. You can see further details on the following link https://imagify.io/documentation/how-to-check-if-webp-image-is-displayed-on-your-site/
Let me know if you need further assistance. I’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
Ioanna
