 * Hi Support,
 * I am getting the error on my website.
    “Because the selected images did not have
   a backup copy, Imagify was unable to create WebP versions.”
 * How to fix this? This is urgent.
 * Waiting for your swift reply.
 * Thanks,
    Divya

 * Hi [@divyauser](https://wordpress.org/support/users/divyauser/)
 * This is Ioanna from Imagify and I’ll gladly assist you here!
 * Please make sure that you have enabled the “Backup original images” option. You
   can find that on Settings > Imagify.
 * Did you restore your website from a backup recently or did you move to another
   host?
 * If not, then what you have to look for is “Well done…” images on your Media library
   without the option “delete WebP”. Then try to optimize those images again until
   the “delete WebP” option appears which means that the WebP version is created.
 * Please let me know if that helps.
 * Also, I have already replied to your ticket through our support platform.
 * Thank you!
 * Best regards,
    Ioanna

 * Hi [@divyauser](https://wordpress.org/support/users/divyauser/)
 * Thank you for your reply.
 * Can you please clarify if you restore your website from a backup recently or
   did you move to another host? As it can cause some images not to be transferred
   to the backup folder.
 * If the above is not the issue, can you try to find the “Well done…” images on
   your Media library without the option “delete WebP”? Then try to optimize those
   images again until the “delete WebP” option appears which means that the WebP
   version is created.[https://prnt.sc/1ecss2u](https://prnt.sc/1ecss2u)
 * Let me know if you need further assistance. I’ll be happy to help.
 * Best regards,
    Ioanna
