    Hi @rana24u2!

This is Joseph from Imagify, and I’ll gladly assist you here!

This is actually how things are supposed to work. When you optimize an image, Imagify optimizes the original format image to reduce its file size. So in this case, that would be:

    wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Pehli-Baar-Lyrics-Hungama-2.jpg

And it also creates the WebP version, and names it as you posted:

    wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Pehli-Baar-Lyrics-Hungama-2.jpg.webp

This is how things are supposed to work, and it’s done this way so that Imagify is able to provide fallback support for some older browsers that still don’t support WebP images yet. If we didn’t do this, then some small percentage of your site’s visitors might see blank spaces where your images are supposed to be displayed.

Please let me know if you have any further questions on this and I’ll be more than happy to assist!

    Best regards,
    Joseph
