 * I am unable to change the email address linked to webmaster that is posted on
   all of our pages in the footer. Where can I edit this sot hat the email address
   is listed correctly?

    wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/footer.php
 * Unfortunately any theme update will overwrite your edits, so keep a backup copy
   of the updated file.
