Webinar Registration in Web Client: Stuck on external zoom registration link

    Hey, as The Attendee report does not contain the Email of the attendees and only the User Name, I require registration to be ticked on the Webinars so that I can generate a registration report that contains First Name, Last Name, Email.

    The issue I have at the moment is that when trying to join a webinar on the Web browser, I can get as far as the Zoom Webinar Registration opening in a new window, however when entering details and clicking “Join Webinar in Progress” The page hangs with a loading wheel next to the button.

    I can join a webinar with no issue with registration unticked however I need this feature enabled to grab the client data needed.

    Any Ideas on why this may happen?

    Hey Deepen,

    Thanks for the quick response! I’m using the standard version of the plugin, I’m happy with there being no registration on the actual site, the issue I have at the moment is that I tick “Registration” on the webinar via the Zoom Dashboard, is this not supported by the browser embedded client?

    Yes, you are correct. At the moment registration enabled meetings cannot be joined when you are using browser embedded client.
