Hi @paulluxford, webinars should still show even if it’s on the day of the webinar. Perhaps double check that your WordPress time zone is inline with your GoToWebinar timezone. Thanks,
Whoa, thanks for the fast reply.
I have checked the site and GotoWebinar times and they match the correct time – Brisbane timezone.
I also tried displaying it using the shortcode [gotowebinar-reg key=”1994954294973476877”] with the key being the numbers on the end of the webinar url and I get the “The webinar either no longer exists or an error has occured.” message.
I also cleared cache.
Any other ideas?
Hi @paulluxford,
I am sorry, I am not sure what might be causing this. Due to the forum rules I am unable to provide support on your specific site by getting access to it, however if you purchase the pro version we can ensure this issue is resolved for you. Thanks,
Thanks very much. I’ll explore the standard troubleshooting things, like disabling plugins / themes and see if there is a conflict.
If all else fails, I will surely purchase Pro and get you in to help. It is a great plugin and something that the site needs, so I don’t have any issues with supporting you.
One last question, do you think that the server could also effect it – if the server has a different timezone setting different to the WordPress and GotoWebinar time settings? Just a thought.
On your last point, it’s possible, but I suspect unlikely. What I need to do is troubleshoot all the code against your GoToWebinar account. No other user is reporting this so I suspect it’s something to do with your environment or some time issue.
I am going to mark this as resolved. I you need any further assistance please let me know 🙂
