 * This issue is usually related to the hosting environment blocking the connection
   with PayPal, but it may also be caused by an incomplete onboarding state.
 * Please first disconnect PayPal Payments and complete the onboarding process again.
   If the issue remains, temporarily activate the Storefront theme and disable all
   plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments, then test again.
 * If this does not help, please share your system report:
    1. Go to **WooCommerce > Status**.
    2. Select **Get system report**, then **Copy for support**.
    3. Paste it into [PrivateBin](http://privatebin.syde.com/) and send us the generated
       link.

 * Yeah with default theme i am still getting issue, could you please help me know
   specific IP from woocommerce that hit for the API may be let me also talk with
   hosting support they might have some kind of blockage?
