• Hello,

I have been using webhooks for my WooCommerce orders which seem to fire good for about 90% of the time.

Sometimes they are not fired correctly and therefore do not communicate to my other system that the order has indeed been placed.

I have created webhooks in a matter that when an order is “processing” it will give information to the other system. However with the ones that are not fired it seems they are stuck on the status “pending”

I can see this in webhook logs that the main difference is this. If I change the order status manually again to processing, then it will (most of the time) fire again and this time with processing. Sometimes I have to change it manually two or three times in order for it to fire as processing.

I was wondering if anyone knows why the orders are sometimes fired as pending instead of processing, eventhough the order has been paid and is showing as processing in the WooCommerce orders.

I have seen several posts on this in the forums, but none which actually provides with a solution for this matter.
