    Hi, I am using stripe and I always get this error
    It is a 4XX code (this is evt_1Hc66eB1jpIBz6epmnUPPCI8).
    Is there any way me to upload a screenshot of the error?

    Hi @martaja – Stripe labels a 4xx error code as: error status codes indicate an error because of the information provided (e.g., a required parameter was omitted)

    Can you send us a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > 'Get system report'

    ” I was able to notice the error code for every webhook that is failing in this occasion is a 4XX code (this is evt_1Hc66eB1jpIBz6epmnUPPCI8).4XX codes mean that there is some error in the script’s code or your server. In this situation the best thing to do would be to have your developer (or you) inspect the code in order to find the error, or to contact WooCommerce since they generated the code, therefore they are more aware of how can it fail and the possible solutions.”

    Hi @martaja ,

    Thanks for that Status Report! I see two things in there that stand out for me:

    PHP Version: 7.0.33: WooCommerce requires a minimum PHP version of 7.2 or greater. You will want to update your PHP version.

    WC Version: 4.6.0 / WC Database Version: 4.4.1: Those two versions should match, and this is an indication that your database is out of date. You should see a database update notice that you’ll need to click to bring the WooCommerce database up to the current version. This page has more details about those database update notices.

    Let us know if that doesn’t correct these errors!
