Hi @maniyip,
On a site using WordPress 5.5, the Twenty Twenty theme, and Paid Memberships Pro version 2.4.1, I am not running into that error, so can you confirm that your Stripe live or test API keys are entered correctly? What WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro versions are you using? Can you go to the Gateway Setup tab of the Stripe doc navigate to the section titled Setting Your Webhook URL, and manually add the webhook in Stripe mentioned there?
Hi Michael,
I used WooCommerce to test the API keys, it is working fine. For WordPress I am using version 5.4.2, and the Membership Pro plugin is version 2.4.1. I manually added the webhook in Stripe, but still not working. Thanks
Kind regards
Mani
@maniyip Are you able to update to WordPress 5.5 to see if that resolves the problem?
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, then this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins other than Paid Memberships Pro, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable the plugins one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode in this article: Troubleshooting using the Health Check plugin.
Hi Michael,
I figured out which plugin cause the conflict now. I disabled that plugin and it’s working fine now. Thank you
Hi @maniyip,
Glad to hear that you were able to figure out what plugin was causing the conflict. Have a great day!
