# Webcomic Plugin?

 * I’m digging wordpress alot, but I’m trying to make my site a little more seamless
   with my webcomic, I’ve seen tons of requests but not much help or ideas. I’m 
   fairly comfortable with html, but not with PHP.
 * My site is [http://www.gamesmademe.com](http://www.gamesmademe.com) as you’ll
   see I have it where my comic is the root and my news/info/site is under [http://www.gamesmademe.com/blog](http://www.gamesmademe.com/blog),
   so in essence it’s two seperate sites, I’d like to have my links and everything
   also getting updated on the root site.
 * I’d like it to look layout wise a little more like.
 * [http://www.adgrunts.com/](http://www.adgrunts.com/) or [http://www.ok-cancel.com/](http://www.ok-cancel.com/)
 * They both use wordpress, but not sure how I can do similiar…
 * Any ideas?

 * Browsing the two sites you linked, I suppose you want to associate a comic with
   every blog entry?
 * If so, just write the blog entry regularly and enter the url for the comic image
   in custom field.

 * Yes, kind of but that doesn’t leave an easy interface with the next/previous 
   last/first and archive features associated with it, instead it’s attached at 
   the blog entry level. Plus, if I add a new comic the other one is below it.

 * I was hoping there was a way I could possibly just add the walrus comic code 
   or another php comic script into the index.php between the header and footer,
   but it seems much more complicated then that.

 * So, on that screenshot of yours, you want to be able to browse/navigate the comic
   strips, but the post below it will stay as “The Joy of Schooling?”
 * If so, you could have two Loops. One Loop grabs the Post in category “comic” (
   this Post will contain the comic strip); another Loop displays the category of
   non-“comic.”

 * That would work, yes, most of the comics speak for themselves I would think and
   wouldn’t need an explanation on what was transpiring. An option to have news/
   comic would be nice too though.
 * Guess I’ll have to look up loops. Not sure, I would like the links and everything
   with the news, and the comic with navigation seperate.. yes.
