  • Hi,
    My web to Case was working perfectly, but Monday one of the fields stopped to populate values to Salesforce. It is the Recipient date of birth field. I do not find any problem with Salesforce. I created this as a data type date field, I create another field to populate dates into Salesforce for testing and is not working either. I generated the Web to Case code again and create another form and is not working. I do not know what else to do. Did you make some changes in the plugin that could be affecting my form? Do I am doing something wrong?

    Did you update the plugin on Monday?

    Have you applied any updates to your salesforce acccount around that time? Were any applied automatically?

    There’s only been 1 small change in the plugin recently and it was purely to add a date picker option. It did not affect how data is sent to Salesforce.

    Salesforce is picky about dates. Are you sure you’re sending the date format it’s expecting?
