• We have web-to-lead forms working fine. However, our web-to-case form does not seem to be generating any records in the Cases object in Salesforce. I have enabled web-to-case, and the origin as, “Web”. However, that still has not fixed the issue. Please advise on how to fix the issue.

    I wish I could help, but there are no immediate answers here.

    I’d suggest enabling “debug” mode (see the FAQ) to see if Salesforce can provide any insight as to why case submissions may be being rejected.

    If that doesn’t work, posting your form URL would help.
