Web Stories Showing in Search Result

    I want to disable Web Stories from showing in search results.

    I use SearchWP and I have disabled Stories from showing in the search but they keep showing.

    If you check this URL https://cravingsjournal.com/?s=beer
    You can see the first result as the post and the second result as the Web stories.

    But I don’t want Web Stories to show in any search result.

    Please.

    Hi @science4me thanks for reaching out. When checking your search result URL I can’t see any stories pulled through in the results and all seem to be posts. Are you still seeing the Web Stories on your search?

    If so could you please share with me a screenshot or screen recording of your experience which will help me to see the issue you’re referring to. You can do this by using services such as Imgur or Loom and share the URLs here.

    I was able to fix it. The issue was coming from Elementor which I used to build a custom search result page.
