web site's disappearing developer w/ files

    Our site was developed by an outside developer. In order to do changes to the web site, you have to loge in as an administrator. Currently I am prohibited from signing in as an administrator but the developer has disappeared. No phone, e-mail, or address can be found. How can I gain control of the site?
