 * I want to change my web site name to my url name. Do I do that on the options
   page — after I change the name with my web hosting provider?

   whenever you want.

 * You can have [http://www.example.com](http://www.example.com), but want a site
   name example2 without changing the domain name by either changing the title or
   tag line within the options page.
 * If you want a new domain to be example2.com, then yes, you will have to register
   a new domain name, and then use the same options page to change the URI and then
   the title and tag line.
