    hello i was able to access the web page on my local pc yesterday

    when i try this morning to go to the local host wp-login i get a messge saying

    Your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner

    i have a user created on the portal to test some smtp plugin but now it failed

    i cannot connect to the site

    xamp is runing with appache and mysql

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    hello renaming the folder wordfence did the trick i can access the site again
