 * From what I understand you are trying to learn basics of Web Services. There 
   are plenty of resources for the same on the internet. If you just “Google for
   Web Services Tutorials” you will get a lot of options.

 * Hi Gaurav,
 * Unfortunately teaching basics of Web Services /REST API’s is out of the scope
   of this forum since it is a vast topic and not the primary intention of this 
   forum. As I mentioned earlier, you may read about JSON and Restful Web Services
   by simply searching on Google or YouTube. There are tons and tons of tutorials.
 * Once you learn about the technologies you can then explore the WooCommerce API
   documentation. It should then be easy for you to understand.
