Web Server Access issue

Hello there,

We are trying to add the licence on our network site but we are having issue with the plugin connecting to the webserver.

We have installed the plugin successfuly but when we go to setting to add the licence it asks us to add the credentials of the ftp connection. We add them and then we are redirected to the homepage.

Is there any other way we can do this or a way to fix it?

This is kind of urgent so we would appreciate the prompt response!
