 * Trying to install this so that I can install WordPress. First time user. The 
   installer keeps getting locked at the stage where it says “Download progress:
   Microsoft WebMatrix 2 Refresh 2” and won’t move forward.

 * I don’t think this is a WordPress issue but a Microsoft Issue?? Where are you
   downloading from?
