I would check with them. Many webhosts will lock down a WordPress site when too many login attempts have been made. Just today after editing a page on my hosted WordPress and choosing Update, I got the exact same error. The only difference was the IP address of my client PC. * I am fortunate not to be completely locked out. I can still login and activate/ deactivate plugins. But I cannot update posts or pages. So am I. If that is true, we may be using the same hosting company.
