    We ran an accessibility audit on our support page which uses your zendesk request form and the page failed due to your plugin. It appears there are 3 input fields on our page that need an id associated with it in order for the label assigned to it to register properly. As you can see below, the fields do not include an id and this is causing an issue for our users using screen reading technologies.

    <input type=”text” name=”zen_name_2″ class=”zen_name_field” value=”” required=””>
    <input type=”email” name=”zen_email” value=”” required=””>

    I can add the id’s myself and edit your plugin php file, but that is only temporary. Can you update the plugin?
