Weaver II Theme for mobile is NOT Working

    I’m having issues with the mobile site. The theme reverts to the
    Twenty Twelve WordPress theme for mobile, instead of the Weaver II.
    This problem has been going on for about a week now, and I can’t
    figure out what’s wrong.
