• I installed the ajax load more plugin and purchased the previous post add-on.

    Since the first moment I noticed that the plugin doesn’t work well when there are plugins or js code in the posts.

    When I introduce the problem to the support they gave excuses every time. And in one point they told me that I need to talk with the support of the other plugins. It seems like he just want to escape from responsibility.

    Eventually he refund the money for the add-on but still, this is the worst support I ever got in 3 years of working with wordpress plugins.

    @arnonbenshahar refused to reach out to the 3rd party vendor for additional support and received a full refund for his premium add-on purchase.

    Unfortunately, not all plugins are compatible with 3rd party scripts. This is why you received the refund. Not sure what else you want from me.

    All my plugins and I had 5 of them couldn’t work with previous_post add-on.
    This is not something with a specific vendor.

    It’s not just about the fact that eventually you couldn’t find a solution to the problem but the fact that your support was really weak that you didn’t even read my questions and you respond every time with excuses which has nothing to do with my questions.

    Hope that you will give a better support to your other clients.
