We want underline back

    We need our underlines back in the editor. If for no other reason than to delete the underlines if we cant have underlines in the editor. It’s a drag having to go back and look in the code to remove them by hand. Besides all that sometimes we NEED underlines in our pages. PLEASE GIVE THEM BACK

    Registered just to say this: Remove the underline is the most stupid decision i have ever saw in my years using wordpress.
    So, just because a fat guy on alabama don’t know how to use it to enhance the user experience, does it make it bad for everyone else?
    What’s next?
    Remove the bold because someone can mistake it for a link too?
    Or remove the images, because someone can mistake it for a video?
    And maybe remove the color text, i mean, i can mistake it for a link, right?

    You can try highlighting the word or phrase and pressing Ctrl-U on your keyboard to underline (or remove underline).

    Sweet. ctrl U Who knew/ Thanks for the heads up. Still seems silly to remove it. Every text editor in the world has underline as an option

    You can also remove underlining using the “Clear Formatting” eraser icon in the second row of buttons.
